Just repeat the process every time you kill Dfly (minus the kill guardian part. However, once you find it and destroy the 2 bishops there, you can craft both amulet and staff. The tricky part, though, is finding the set piece with the completed pseudoscience station. That alone should give you enough mats to construct both c.amulet and d.staff.
